Envision and Infinity Credentials Infinity and Envision have not completed the integration of their IT systems, so clinicians will need two sets of credentials to access the Envision and Infinity networks. We realize this is not an ideal situation and as the integration continues later this year, the two IT systems will be consolidated and a single sign-on will be implemented.

Obtain your Envision Username and Password

The Envision IT Service Desk will provide your Envision username and show you how to set your password.

• To obtain your Envision credentials, call the Service Desk at 833-893-4357, Mon.- Fri. from 7 a.m. -- 7p.m. CST.

• Select Option 6 (IT Service Desk), then Option 3 (New Hire Setup) when you call.
